Black History Committee of the Friends of Thomas Balch Library

In 2000, the Black History committee was established to collect, preserve, and share with the public, information on Loudoun County's African American history. With the help of a generous donation, additional grants and private donations, this committee has undertaken a myriad of tasks and has accomplished many projects since its inception.

Committee meets the fourth Tuesday of every month
