Welcome to Friends of Thomas Balch Library, the support and advocacy organization founded in 1995 to preserve, enhance, and promote Leesburg, Loudoun County, and Virginia heritage and genealogical research.

Through the programs, projects, and special events we develop and sponsor, we help grow the collections and enlarge the circle of friends who will become the Library's future stewards.

Join us!
